Hi, I’m Jasmine!

I’m an artist, storyteller, advocate, and student living at the intersection between art, environmental advocacy, and the ocean. I’m grateful to call Vancouver Island home but currently divide my time between Halifax (Kjipuktuk) and Victoria (the traditional territory of the Lkwungen, W̱SÁNEĆ, and Sc'ianew people), drawing inspiration from the two cities to create mixed-media explorations of both coasts.

Past projects have mine have included working with organizations such as Bow Seat Ocean Awareness programs, World Ocean Day, the National Geographic Society, and Starfish Canada on various initiatives centred around youth advocacy and using art for ocean advocacy. (You can see more about these projects here)

I’m a huge fan of the ocean, good stories, art, and protecting the environment—always feel free to reach out through my contact page with questions, media inquiries, collaboration ideas, or just to say hello!
